My ex was ordered to pay child support and to reimburse me for the cost of our child's medical insurance. We've only been divorced a couple of months, but he hasn't paid a thing! I am now a single working mom, and I really need the support - especially for health insurance. I mean, the insurance is available for me and my daughter through my company, but it ain't cheap.

My question is this - how soon is too soon to try to get our divorce decree enforced? Do I have to wait like a year? What can I do to get him to pay like he's supposed to?
